4. Google Account and Google Drive

BizNative ERP may provide an optional feature that allows users to connect their Google Account and use their own Google Drive for backup, synchronization and access to BizNative ERP business data.

When a user chooses to connect Google Drive, BizNative ERP uses Google's authentication services to authenticate the selected Google Account.

Where the application uses the Google Drive drive.file permission, BizNative ERP is permitted to access files created or opened by the application according to Google's authorization model.

BizNative ERP does not require unrestricted access to the user's entire Google Drive for this functionality.

Google Account authentication and Google Drive services are provided by Google and are subject to Google's own terms and privacy policies.

5. Google Sign-In

Users may choose to sign in or connect services using a Google Account. Google authentication is handled through Google's authentication infrastructure.

BizNative ERP may receive basic account information necessary to identify the authenticated user and provide the requested service.

BizNative ERP does not receive or store the user's Google Account password.
